When your business is built from who you are, it finally feels as good as it performs

Welcome

I'm Laura

meet your advisor

For most of my career, that's exactly what I watched the coaching industry do. And for a long time, I bought into it too. (After all, “success leaves clues”, right?)

I've been in the online business space for over fifteen years. I've built two multi-six-figure businesses from scratch. I've worked with hundreds of values-driven coaches and experts as a business coach since 2019.

I've had months where everything clicked: multi-6-figure launches, $20k+ mastermind clients, and feeling on fire for the work I was doing.

But I’ve also had seasons where I was white-knuckling my way through a model that looked good on paper but was slowly destroying my love for the work.

I'm not here to tell you what worked for me and call it a strategy.

The second one I kept, because I wasn't ready to admit the model itself was the problem. I told myself the offer just needed work. I tweaked it, optimized it, added to it, tried to grow it. But it plateaued at $30K to $50K months and stayed there no matter what I did.

To add insult to injury? The more I added to it, the harder it was to sell, and the less people could see it as a solution to anything specific. The more work I did, the less any of it seemed to matter.

So I immediately shut one down. (Yes, a multi-6-figure revenue stream, turned off just like that.)

When I found out I was pregnant with my second child, I knew I couldn’t keep going like this.

At the time, I was running two evergreen group programs simultaneously, both of which I'd built because a peer I respected, a mom with young kids herself, had convinced me that evergreen was the only model that made sense for women in my season of life as a mother.

And being the overachiever I am, I went all in.

I turned my very successful exissting cohort program into an evergreen enrollment style, then added a second, higher-level evergreen group program with its own curriculum and a completely different set of demands.

Two evergreen programs, running at the same time, and me in the middle trying to keep them both alive. All while keeping a toddler alive, too.

The season that changed everything started when I found out I was pregnant with my second daughter.

I missed the work I used to love doing. I missed the depth, the leadership, the feeling of completion that I got from it when the program had a clear start and end date.

I was exhausted. I felt disconnected from my clients. And I hated the revolving door of people coming in and leaving without me ever getting to see their full transformation.

The model was the problem all along. My implementation was fine, my effort was more than enough, and none of it was ever going to matter, because evergreen was a fundamental mismatch for how I'm wired to work, lead, and deliver results.

So I decided to shut everything down.

The "safe" move would had been to turn my program back into the cohort model that built it. But after years of adding to it, reworking it, and stretching it to fit a format it was never meant for, the version that worked was buried, and there was no simple way to claw it back.

The evergreen group model was never going to be a good fit for me.

And I had the kind of realization that makes you feel equal parts relieved and furious:

I started going down the rabbit hole into personality frameworks and internal operating systems

And then in December of 2025

And REbuilt Everything from the ground up

So I took a leap of faith

Because the coaching industry mostly teaches the opposite. Someone builds a business that fits their own personality, their own energy, and their own season of life, then packages it up and sells it as the strategy. I bought into that for a long time myself.

Every time I added another "proven strategy", I moved a little further from how I actually work best.

I kept doing what I was told and kept waiting for the part where it started working, and what I got instead were years of frustration and tens of thousands in lost profit I'll never see, because the whole time I was building something that was pulling me farther and farther away from the business I had originally imagined for myself.

It took me essentially blowing up my entire business and starting from scratch (not for the faint of heart!) to untangle the choices that were really mine versus the ones I had made because someone I trusted was recommending them.

Helping established experts build the business model that matches who they are and pays them predictably

And I started walking toward what I'd been FEELING called to do all along:

That's what I'm here to help you build.

Your operating system. Your natural strengths. The way you make decisions. The offline life you're trying to protect.

When your business is built from all of that, growth stops feeling like force and starts feeling like an extension of you. Selling gets simpler, the work gets lighter, and the income gets steadier, because you're no longer spending half your energy overriding yourself.

The business that performs best is the one built entirely from who you are today.

And when it doesn't, the problem for smart, talented, values-driven experts like you isn't your implementation.

It's not your mindset. It's not your work ethic.

It's that you're operating inside a model that was built for someone else's strengths, someone else's energy, and someone else's life. No amount of tweaking or optimizing is ever going to change that.

Just because a method works for your business bestie or your high-ticket coach doesn't mean it's going to work for you.

Here's what I know to be true after fifteen years of doing this work.

That's not a style choice. It's the only way I know how to help people.

My clients call me direct, honest, and no-nonsense. They stay because they know I'm never going to cheerlead them in the wrong direction.

I'll tell them when I see them heading somewhere that's unlikely to turn out well, and they can trust that I'll always be honest with them, even when it's uncomfortable.

I can look at a business, identify exactly what's structurally misaligned, and tell you what needs to change before you've even finished describing the problem.

Not only is this a natural talent of mine, I’ve also been studying human performance for over 20 years now. First as a psychology graduate with an emphasis in personality psychology, then as a functionally trained registered dietitian, and now as a strategic advisor.

The skill that transfers directly across all three is this:

My expertise is in pattern recognition.

When I'm Not Working

My faith, my health, my friendships, and my family are non-negotiables

I'm outside. At the beach with my kids, exploring a new town with my husband, or doing something that has absolutely nothing to do with business.

That's not just lip service. It's the life I'm actively living, and it's the proof of concept behind everything I teach.

The version of success I'm building toward is a business where GET PAID WELL TO do work I genuinely love

With clients who excite me to show up for, putting content into the world that actually changes how people think, all while having plenty of space left over for everything else that matters.

If that sounds like the version of success you're building toward too, you're in the right place.

let's get to work

Details to know

I believe the right business model changes everything.

Your business performs best when it's built entirely from you — your operating system, your natural strengths, your real life constraints, and the standards you actually want to lead by.

Most business problems aren't strategy problems. They're alignment problems. And alignment problems have structural solutions.

What I believe in

I'm all about finding what's actually broken and fixing it.

Honest, diagnostic work that gets to the actual root of what's not working and fixes that specific thing. I'd rather change two structural pieces of your business that make you money for years than hand you forty tactics you'll never get through.

I'm here for the experts who are tired of being handed tactics when the structure underneath is the problem, and who are ready to lead from their own authority instead of outsourcing their judgment to whoever they hired last.

What I'm about

I'm not available for surface-level work that doesn't actually change anything.

I'm not available for cookie-cutter frameworks sold as universal truth, or for cheerleading someone in the wrong direction because the honest conversation would be uncomfortable. I'm not interested in income claims that distract from the real question of whether any of it was worth what it cost. And I'm pretty much allergic to models that make the coach rich while the client spins their wheels.

What I'm not about

My gift is seeing exactly what's broken before you've even finished explaining it.

I see patterns most people can't see from inside their own business. I can identify what's structurally misaligned faster than most people can finish describing their problem. And I can translate that read into specific, actionable structural changes that produce results quickly. My clients call it being direct AF. I call it what happens when psychology, clinical pattern recognition, and decades of business experience work together.

What my gifts are

I build my business, my relationships, and my life around the same values.

Truth, even when it's uncomfortable. Integrity over convenience. Doing what's right over what's easy. Never sacrificing your legacy for short-term financial gain. And leaving the world ( and the people in it) better than you found them.
My marriage and my family will always matter more to me than audience growth or material wealth. The most successful version of my life is one where the people closest to me feel chosen, consistently, over everything else.

What my values are

“When I think about where I was then and where I am now, it is a night and day difference.

I feel so confident in my ability to continue to work this system and see the sales that I want to see, which is such an amazing feeling. Over the last year I've doubled my revenue. This is hands down my best year in business.”
